Akademie Versailles Final Concert
Elen looks forward to taking part in Akademie Versailles in Prague in October, a course run by the Centre de musique baroque de Versailles in collaboration with Collegium Marianum, the Prague Conservatoire and the French Institute in Prague.
Over the course of five days, she will work in depth on the interpretation of French Baroque music and its period performance practice with soprano Chantal Santon Jeffery and historian and French Baroque specialist Benoît Dratwicki, which will culminate in a concert of music by Jean-Philippe Rameau with a Baroque orchestra under the direction of Vittorio Ghielmi.

Handel's Messiah with the OAE
Elen joins the Choir of the Age of Enlightenment for this performance of Handel’s Messiah in Tallinn, Estonia.
Handel's Messiah with Eboracum Baroque
Elen returns to sing with Eboracum Baroque as a soloist and ensemble member for their annual performance of Handel’s Messiah at Great St Mary’s Church, Cambridge.
Their historically informed performance has become a staple of the Christmas concert season in Cambridge. Eboracum perform this masterpiece in a unique way with just 9 singers who act as both chorus and soloists. They are accompanied by a small team of baroque instrumentalists including baroque trumpets.

Edrycha Elen ymlaen yn fawr at ddychwelyd i Llithfaen i ganu cyngerdd amrywiol o ganeuon Cymraeg, Saesneg, Almaeneg, Ffrangeg ac Eidaleg yn ogystal ag ambell aria operatic.
Elen is joined by pianist Ross Craigmile for a recital of some of the most popular songs in the classical repertoire at Capel Isa, Llithfaen.

A Night at the Opera at Ely Arts Festival
A Night at the Opera brings together three outstanding professional soloists – soprano Elen Lloyd Roberts, tenor Gareth Edmunds, and baritone John Holland-Avery for a programme packed with some of opera’s best loved arias.
Accompanied by pianist Markus Sadler, the concert journeys through the drama, passion and beauty of opera, featuring music by Puccini, Handel, Britten, Rossini and more.

The Resurrection of Christ - Premiere
Elen is looking forward to returning to St Asaph Cathedral to sing the soprano solos in ‘The Resurrection of Christ’ by Caradog Roberts. Composed in 1911, this will be the first time that the oratorio is performed, 90 years after the North Wales composer’s death.
Elen and the North Wales Choral Union will also perform John Rutter’s ‘Requiem’, in celebration of the composer’s 80th birthday year.
This concert will be the closing event of the North Wales International Music Festival.

La Gloria di Primavera at Festival du Périgord Noir
Elen sings the role of Estate (Summer) in Alessandro Scarlatti’s oratorio La Gloria di Primavera at the Festival du Périgord Noir as part of the Académie Baroque Internationale. The concert will be under the direction of Iñaki Encina Oyón.

Alongside her fellow Salvat Beca Bach soloists, Elen will sing the chorus ‘Ich bin die Auferstehung und das Leben’ by Friedrich Wilhelm Zachow, conducted by Daniel Tarrida, at this gala concert in aid of the Red Cross at the Gran Teatre del Liceu, Barcelona. The concert is organised by the Victoria de los Ángeles Foundation and features countertenor Jakub Józef Orliński as its ambassador.

Baroque Classics with Eboracum Baroque
Eboracum Baroque are delighted to return to Bury St Edmunds Guildhall for a programme of Baroque Classics.
The concert will feature famous soprano arias by Handel, Vivaldi and Purcell alongside instrumental music for solo violin, trumpet, cello and harpsichord. Alongside well known tunes from Handel’s Water Music and Bach’s cello suites, there will be lesser known works to enjoy too by Corelli and Scarlatti.
